Important: Back to School Paperwork DUE

BACK TO SCHOOL FORMS DUE

If you have not filled out the back to school paperwork, your student will soon be excluded from school.

In addition, if your student is missing immunizations, they will not be permitted to attend school beginning Tuesday 9/27.
