Extreme Behavior Non-Negotiables
Students directly or indirectly involved in fighting or physical aggression that could instigate a fight will be suspended as it aligns with the following progression:
1st Fight/Physical Aggression = 3 days OSS
2nd Fight/Physical Aggression = 5 days OSS
3rd Fight/Physical Aggression = 10 days with recommendation for Expulsion
2nd Fight/Physical Aggression = 5 days OSS
3rd Fight/Physical Aggression = 10 days with recommendation for Expulsion
Student posses or uses a dangerous weapon, or illegal substance, including look-alikes will be suspended or expelled immediately.
Administrator reserves the right to increase the number of suspension days depending on the results of the investigation.
